Boise State Statement about student athlete misconduct

Boise State is committed to thorough and fair investigations into all allegations of sexual misconduct — and to holding parties accountable when they are found to be responsible for violating the student code of conduct. But federal privacy laws restrict our ability to comment on any student records or any specific investigations.

The university does not publicly release information or documents on student investigations.

In general, Boise State University policy allows all students due process, including an appeals process, when facing allegations of violations of the student code of conduct. Boise State University Policy 1065 lays out the process and details the university’s commitment to providing an environment free from sex and gender-based discrimination, harassment and violence. Boise State Policy 2020 lays out the Student Code of Conduct.
